Previous Works:

CAMPOBAG established under the continue of CAMPO in 2008. What to continue is my persistence of CAMPO and the existence of the feelings. Although many creators don’t know that what CAMPO is or feel that CAMPO has been already disappeared, I have been feeling the beginning day of CAMPO. In the afternoon, 欣仪 and I with friends moved tables chairs together.

Thanks CAMPO for making me feel pursuing my own fine and thanks欣仪 for keeping insisting since 2005 till now. For the past several years, CAMPOBAG has kept continuing the good parts of markets, also finding that because we live with creating and use our viewpoints to look the world, we are truly willing to face the facts and realities. Even if those times of pure happiness have left little after facing the realities, what makes me think of is that we should put our efforts to present the things we pursue and we shouldn’t be afraid that nobody will follow. Since we have already put our money into it, seeing that friends beside us doing at all costs to pursue themselves, we should keep working hard!

This year, CAMPOBAG wants to make some changes and give some tries. We want you guys create your own selves. Creating is the basis of everything. Without creation, everything won’t happen. We will make great efforts to let the “creations” take place. Certainly, the following “creations” will be related with everything. We hope that the slogan “Bring Art Go” of CAMPOBAG can let everything happen naturally.

About Silje Nes:

Norwegian Silje Nes has a wealth of musical experience in her background, including classical piano training and time spent as an orchestral tympanist, marching band drummer, and indie pop musician. Starting making her own music around 2001, at first primarily instrumental and electronic, but increasingly incorporating her hushed, dreamy vocals, gently plucked electric guitar, and live drums.

Her first album for FatCat, the quirky, adventurous ‘Ames Room’, was released in January 2008 to widespread critical acclaim, being described by Mojo as “enchanting… one to lose yourself in time and time again”. Whilst creating a sound-world entirely her own, Silje’s music is beautifully pieced together, tracks unfurl like a series of intricate constructions, or like some kind of strange blown-up world of insects or curious creatures – the whole teeming with life and a great sense of fun.

“叉烧包”是一个现场录音项目。在一个随意而封闭的场地，音乐演奏者以即兴的姿态出现，抛弃固有的节奏和旋律，没有指挥，没有对与错，一切源自最内心的冲动。 参与者既是听众也是演奏者，把所有的声音融汇在一起，交叉包容，制造一个特殊的声音环境。再配上现场视频，让影音空间变幻成一个不可预知的姿态。
你可以是一个画家也可以是一个音乐家，或者一个设计师，又或者一个商人，无论你的身份是什么，在进入这个空间后，你的一切行动一切声音都会影响这个空间，你是一切变幻的受益者也是主导，你在聆听别人的同时也会影响别人。

About Exhibition:
I alighted from the plane in Kunming on 11 October.
When we descended to Kunming it was dark… First I saw rivers and hills in monochrome outlines, then bridges and buildings, then roads and cars. I saw two bonfires burning on the edge of a field.

I accidentally alighted on a theme and a fascination.
What I saw [projected on paper through a small hole in the roof] was an upside-down  image of the sky and the factory roof. My studio is a camera obscura.

My art came alight with colours.
I did an abstract sketch in my sketchbook with my various acrylics – then dragged the paint about with some toothpicks.

The glass jars and bottles were gathered over a period of time and filled as they became available. Their contents include a cockroach, a passport photo, and a rubber glove. The marmalade in a bottle was made by the artist. There are 42 glass containers.

The paintings are acrylic on canvas or canvas board. Most are painted over previous images. The square boards were painted with liquid mud from the local soil. The larger landscape-format boards (next to the square boards) were blank except for grids painted in acrylic. On some the grids are still visible as raised lines. The stretched canvases were painted with mud and acrylic, had glass embedded, and were slashed with a craft knife. Before I repainted them I repaired the cuts as far as I could.

Project Introduction
Miko Kuro’s Midnight Tea is a conceptual art project created by poet and interdisciplinary artist, Natasha Marin. Since the project’s inception in 2008, Midnight Teas have been held in Greece, France, Canada, and the United States. This is the first time the Midnight Tea has taken place outside of the Western Hemisphere (North America and Europe). Mandarin translations of Marin’s poetry published by Yunnan University Press will be incorporated into this event. Although over 25 have taken place, each Midnight Tea is unique because of the guests who participate in creating this experimental, art ritual. Artist Information
Natasha Marin is a formally trained poet, whose work has been published and translated into other languages and media including video, audio and site-specific installations. The Cities of Austin (Texas) and Seattle (Washington) have supported her work with cultural arts grants to create community art events like Miko Kuro’s Midnight Tea. Her recent work involves creating dynamic sites of genuine exchange and encounter. She believes that manifesting ideas is work that should be validated. She trusts her intuition and desire to connect others and creates sacred moments with the assistance of strangers.

Selection Poem – The Family Secret
1. My mother says she found
just one Trinidad dollar in my pocket.
The ink had printed a lonely red bird
onto my palm.

2. Four-year-old girls
need to be supervised. They have barely
thinned into girls—baby cheeks still turn
to moons when she sleeps. She is not a baby
except to her mother, who watches her sleeping
and aches to hold her
to her breast again.

Hours later she turned up at school.
We asked her where she had gone.
She lied.

To this day, we don’t know where she went.
Little girl. Disappeared. For hours.

Work of Art: The Next Great Artist is an American reality competition show that airs on the cable television network Bravo, in which up-and-coming artists compete for a solo exhibition at the Brooklyn Museum and a cash prize of $100,000. Contestants are faced with the challenge of creating unique pieces in a variety of mediums such as painting, sculpture, photography, collage and industrial design. The show is produced by Pretty Matches Productions and Magical Elves Productions, the same company that created Project Runway and Top Chef. The series premiered on June 9, 2010. Work of Art was renewed for a second season in September 2010 which began on October 12, 2011

About The Exhibition:
- The hole in the ground had been dug well with a soup spoon and the guinea pig had plenty of room.  
- When we kissed, I noticed that an enormous weight was being auratically released from my body, ringlike from my skull to my feet. Three weeks later I was ten kilograms lighter.
